Powered by Husqvarna’s advanced EPOS® (Exact Positioning Operating System) technology, the 540 EPOS eliminates the need for physical boundary wires by using satellite-based virtual mapping for highly accurate navigation and flexible area management. The mower can manage multiple work zones, temporary stay-out areas, and customised mowing patterns while maintaining consistent cutting performance across areas up to 8,000m².
Its pivoting front axle and commercial-grade drive system allow it to handle uneven terrain and slopes up to 50% with ease, making it ideal for complex commercial landscapes and high-maintenance turf applications.
Cutting System
The 5-blade cutting system delivers a clean, professional finish while reducing visible clipping residue through fine mulching. Adjustable mowing patterns allow operators to create premium visual finishes including stripes, checkerboard patterns, and other professional turf appearances directly from the mobile app or fleet management platform.
