EXCELLENTTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My Honda whipper died on me. It is a few years old but buggered if I was throwing it out. Initially thought it was the spark plug and as it was after hours, I dropped into Bunnings. They did not even have a suitable plug and no one around to ask. Fiddled with machine at home. Plug still sparking but dying. Switch and wiring ok. Pulled off ignition coil, cleaned it up and got a better spark, but still dying. Rang Ashmore mower world early next day. Had the part in stock and a replacement spark plug. Sales guy listened and without committing 100% agreed on my diagnosis. Picked up part and asked if I could return if diagnosis was wrong. Surprisingly he said I could return it if it was undamaged, (less 20% which I thought was fair). That’s a good business. Staff that know their products, stock on hand when you need it. My whipper starts again with one pull, and Ashmore mower world will be my first point of contact should I need them. We haven’t all transitioned to battery tools.

I dropped it in for repairs and was advised that the motor was shot. I returned to collect and looked at all the new mowers. Jon showed me new replacements….. he has great knowledge of his products and took the time. He offered a good price on a stock unit but because it was Christmas I did not have all the $ available. He was happy to help with a deposit and some payments over the next few months. We paid the balance a few weeks back and he offered to deliver the new mower. Wr used it that day but it was cutting at a staggered level. I rang Jon and he came to pick the unit up next day, had the adjustments made and dropped it back same day. Incredible service. Nothing was a problem and always polite and ready to assist. I can confidently recommend the team at Ashmore Mower Centre and say that it was a surprise to be given thus level of service of service from start to finish. The new lawn mower is so good. The property has not looked so trim, like a park my wife said. Thanks Jon and team.
